Before we answer,
show us the game.

We need more than a list of approved replies. Your team shows us how players sign in, buy things and report problems, then tells us which decisions belong with them. That is how an answer can fit the game it is about.

Talk about your game

Start with your team.

Your staff know which parts of the game cause confusion, what has changed and which fixes need their access. We learn from that knowledge and from the messages players send, so we can answer familiar questions and recognise when something needs a closer look.

01

Walk us through the game.

Start with the questions your team sees most, what players are trying to do and where they get stuck. Tell us what has changed recently, too, so we do not rely on an old answer when the game has moved on.

We understand what the player is asking.
02

Decide what we can answer.

We agree which questions we can handle using your guidance and which ones need someone in billing, product, engineering or moderation. Together, we set an escalation channel for cases that need your team's access or judgement.

There is a clear next person to call.
03

Keep answers up to date.

When you share new guidance or known problems, we use it in our replies and pass reports to the right people. If a detail has not been confirmed, we say so instead of filling in the gap ourselves.

Players get an honest answer.
04

Pick up where the player left off.

We read the earlier messages, reply to what we can and pass along the context when your staff need to investigate or make a decision. The player should hear what happens next, even while the answer is being worked out.

No one has to explain it all again.
05

Tell you what keeps coming up.

If players keep asking the same thing, we share the pattern and the words they use. Your team can decide whether the answer needs work, the game needs attention or players simply need a clearer explanation.

Your team can see where players get stuck.

WHEN A QUESTION NEEDS YOUR STAFF

Give them the story.
Keep the player in the loop.

We pass on the player's words, what has already been checked and what is still unclear. Your staff can investigate from there, while the player knows their problem has reached someone who can help.

PAYING YOUR INTERNATIONAL TEAM

One payment to HRDx each month. We pay the team.

Where agreed, your team can make one monthly service payment to HRDx instead of paying each assigned team member separately. We manage those payments and any benefits or related support included in your agreement.

How the arrangement works

Tell us what players ask and where your staff need a hand. We can talk through how the work would fit with the way your team already supports the game.
