What we handle.

A player cannot get in, something they bought is missing, or a report from chat needs attention. HRDx takes on these conversations using the guidance you approve, with your staff brought in where a case needs their access or decision.

01

“I paid for it. Where is it?”

A receipt does not tell the player why an item has not appeared. We ask for the details your team needs, follow the checks you have approved and send anything requiring billing or product access to your staff.

02

“I've already done that.”

Another copy of the help article only moves the problem back to the player. We read what happened after they followed it and answer from there, or explain who is looking into it.

03

“The code never arrived.”

We follow the sign-in guidance you approve and note where the process stopped. If someone on your team needs to check the account, they get the steps already tried.

04

“Can someone look at the chat?”

A single line can look different with the rest of the conversation around it. We review the report against your rules and pass the relevant context to the moderator who can decide.

05

“What changed in the update?”

Before release, your team tells us what is changing and what to say about known problems. Once players respond, we collect reports that do not fit the guidance and use the agreed escalation channel to get those details to your product staff.
